Copyright 2009 Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University In October, 2009 Colin Coyne, Managing Principal of The Coyne Group, debuted a new model for business strategy that seeks to contextualize existing management strategies as part of a larger, sustainable mindset. As Coyne states in the video, "until we speak the language of business to business about business, sustainability will remain little more than a motivational poster." Presented in the shadows of the crash of 2008, Coyne addresses what he terms "a crisis in global leadership"; why sustainability is often cast errantly; and how America lost a century of competitive advantage by ignoring the role character plays in global business. NOTE: Audio is at a low level, so viewer will need to turn up speaker volume.
